I have huge numbers of constituents that I cannot confidently say are or not duplicates as there is insufficient data. I.e. Joe Bloggs with the email address joe.bloggs@gmail.com may or may not be the same person as Joe Bloggs living at 123 Green Aveneue. Just as pairs can be marked as 'not a duplicate' it would be helpful to mark pairs as 'insufficient information' to be able to filter the out of duplicate management. Ideally, this tag would automatically be removed if data was added to either record.
