Church Management is a great tool, however, some of the mentality is still totally based on financial management instead of people management. Insight Designer has wonderful potential, but all of the people service tools that we took over a year to put into place are not searchable and definitely not reportable. There is nothing for church membership (such as how many would need to be baptized), there is nothing for custom fields, there is nothing for small groups, volunteers, relationship managers, portfolios of their responsibilities, etc.... It's still just based on finances.
