Move Appeals to the Actions & Notes Tile

I would love to see Appeals included in the Actions & Notes Tile.  Functioning in much the same way, where you can see all three types mixed together, or select which of them to see.  I get that Appeals on a Constituent Record aren't Records in and of themselves, but, as this Community Post and the Comment added today by John Molloy indicate, oftentimes it's convenient to see Actions and Appeals together as Communications.

Instead of clicking on the Number of Notes to see only Notes or Number of Actions to see only Actions, provide a checkbox or dropdown filter with checkboxes to select Notes, Actions, and/or Appeals.

I disagree in specifics on this, but I agree on the overall concept.  As it is I don't like Notes and Actions on the same tile -- they're apples and oranges and should not be using the same tile (especially if the original rationale was because people have used Notes in the past when they should have used Actions -- don't penalize those who have used the system correctly because others have used it wrong, give those who have used it wrong a convenient global change type tool to make notes into actions based on note type and make the system work correctly).  However, I agree with Jen's general point that, as the Timeline does in summary, we need a place where we can see all communications in one list--Actions, Appeals, Event Invites (BB also needs to develop a "right" want to record invites that doesn't keep screwing up Event functionality).  Like the Chronology of the database view.
