Right now, there's no way to enter a credit card gift in NXT without charging to the credit/debit card. That makes it impossible to enter gifts that have already been processed through BBMS (for example through web-based donations forms) or that have been processed offline/through other means.

Please change the function so you can add a credit card gift without processing a new charge.
