Connect Online Presence in NXT to Links in RE7

We are already tracking Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter links via the Links section of the contact information in RE7. Is there any way that you can connect those fields so that we don't have to manually re-enter all of that information?

    Doesn't this already happen? When we enter this in RE it is showing up in NXT. I'm kind of new to all of this, so pardon me if I am incorrect.
