Until very recently, dashboard Insights had the ability to provide a "same period" comparison, in which you could effectively make a current YTD contribution comparison to the same period as the previous year. This was extremely helpful, as it would automatically update this information on a daily basis. Earlier this year, I began experiencing issues with this feature not updating, which forced a manual update of this information on a daily basis...which continues to this day. In response to my inquiries, Blackbaud informed me that the engineers had made the decision to depreciate this feature. It would be very much appreciated to have this functionality reinstated and corrected, as this is a very valuable tool to have for our development office.
