We try to represent the structure of corporations and other orgs in our database the way they exist in the real world (with some exceptions). As such, we have a parent company record, which might have multiple organization relationships in RENXT to its subsidiaries or branches. Any or all of these organization records might have individual relationships with employees. We need a quick and convenient way to pull employees of the parent organization as well as employees of any of its subsidiary organizations, so we can see all the SIU alumni who work for Verizon, or Boeing, or Caterpillar (or SIU).
