GIK Donation Form

It would be great to have a donation form for gift in kind and pro bono services to help keep track of donors and volunteers who offer these equally valuable gifts to our organizations. We currently have a paper copy which equals more time for our data entry, which this were something we could automatically populate into our database, link to existing records and make it easier for both parties.

    YES! We have daily food donations and want to collect donor info and record the pounds of food (reference field), but online donation forms don't have the ability to enter $0.00 gifts. Our current process is very time-consuming (physical paper spreadsheets and carbon copy receipts) that I manually enter. We've created a MS form with the intention of importing the gifts, but an in-kind (or $0.00 option) online form would be great!

    We are attempting to use less paper and would love to have this option. I work for a humane society and receive an abundance of gift-in-kinds each month.
