Customize date format (M/D/Y vs. D/M/Y)

Users should be able to edit the format of how dates appear in records (e.g. in gifts, actions, notes, etc.) to be able to view in European style (date, month, year) or U.S. (month, date, year), or other!

    This should be an org-wide setting for all users to avoid confusion and ensure data integrity!

    I thought we had this already and that it depended on your browser's settings. Is the ability to customise this missing somewhere?
