I know in workflow designer you can set it up to send an email or create an action based upon a trigger but it would be great if there was something like that to notify staff or a specific internal distribution group when an important event happens. When one of our major gift officers meets or has an important phone call with a donor they write up what is essentially an action, but we use third party software because all the information gets distributed to a group of people when they click submit. Then someone has to go in and actually enter that action data from the outside software into NXT. It would be great if it could be set up that when a staff member entered an action (or whatever) that met certain criteria, a distribution list got notified with all the details
