Capturing donor phone numbers on donation forms Merged

It would be nice to have the option to add a phone number field on the donation forms.

    This is absolutely crazy to me. I don't understand why you would even launch these forms without the ability to capture phone number. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

    1000% yes to this. We are still using OLX forms because we can't capture phone numbers using NXT web forms.

    By all means, why would Phone Number not be an option. Also, how about adding a Tribute option too.
