Include constituent name in calendar appointment subject line

When checking the box to add an action to a gift officer's calendar, it would be useful to have the constituent name transfer over to that calendar appointment. currently, our gift officers are pulling up their calendars after action entry, then adding the constituent's name, which is inefficient.

When an action date is changed, it would be helpful if the change also occured on the outlook calendar. Currently it just produces an addition calendar entry.

Yes, this is something that is needed. When I just see a bunch of RENXT actions on my calendar with no information as to what it is, it's just not helpful. Would love to see it pull the fields of name and action type.

Specify donor name when setting action reminder in calendar Merged

Currently when you set an action to call a donor and have it appear on your google calendar it shows up as "Phone Call". If you type in the donor's name in the notes then it shows up, but that's less than ideal.
