Default Order Type "E-Commerce" for Automated

Default Order Type "E-Commerce" for Automated Recurring Gifts

All recurring gifts are E-Commerce gifts so we should have the ability to default the Order Type for automated recurring gift payments in NXT to "E-Commerce". Currently the Order Type flows through to RE as "Telephone".
