The Unsubscribe link in emails are connected to a constituent account. If that recipient forwards the email to someone and they click 'unsubscribe' it unsubscribes the original recipient, your constituent. Mailchimp has a "Forward to a Friend" button you can use that allows forwarding and will not unsubscribe the original receipient. Please add this function. We have had constituents inadvertently unsubscribed because of this. Thank you.
This would be great! I'm dealing with this again - one of our constituents forwarded an email to someone and was then unsubscribed. We've done everything we've been told to so they can start receiving emails again and they still aren't.
