One thing I'd love to be able to do as the database admin is provide to my team an easy way to see all the team-wide available ("others can see" or "others can manage") lists in our RENXT system. I've created a lot of boilerplate lists for my org, but I've not yet had a way to give my team a broad view of what's available so that they don't go and create an already existing list on their own.
In the absence of this I'm going to create a shared Excel file that has the list names/type/description/URL for all our team lists, but understandably it's inefficient to have something like this live outside of the system and have to be updated manually.
YES! And can we use this to be able to quickly and easily clean up old lists also, please! I have so many duplicates of lists because the lists aren't contained neatly in categories so people just keep making new ones.
I really want this! and it needs to be searchable.
Yes, this would similar to how you can create lists in CORE and share them with various roles within the ON products.
