Allow the use of payments methods saved on a Constituent record in Web view

We have situations where we may have a credit card saved in database view for a recurring gift, but want to process the same card in web view occasionally as a one-time gift. It would be great to be able to access that saved credit card in web view instead of having to ask the donor for the credit card information again.

    We should also be able to view and save new payment methods on a constituent record in web view.

    This is essential. The saved payment methods should be usable anywhere in web view where a payment method is needed (gift record, batch, etc.)

    We are also in the same situation. It doesn't make sense to have to disrupt the donors every single for a different campaign.
