It can be interesting locating the actual payment record in BBMS when trying to use the name or guest host located in the participant record. You have the registration date but if they use different billing name it is not available. It would be helpful to provide the actual billing name to make this process easier. Additionally, it would be even more helpful to provide a direct link into the record in BBMS.
