Link Knowledgebase articles to ideas submitted in idea bank

If known issues were linked in the KB article to suggestions made to the idea bank we could possibly clean up some of the duplicate ideas in the idea bank. It would also allow users to more easily vote for a suggestion created by Community peers instead of starting another one.

    Maybe AI could help link and eliminate duplicate ideas so voting would become more effective? There is a Related ideas column when users pull up an idea, so we are already one step closer to a better Idea Bank.
