Add donor life cycle categories as filters for NXT lists

Adding the donor life cycle categories (at risk, lapsing, etc.) to the filters for lists in NXT would help us to build dynamic lists that we can view and use for specific outreach.

    In Lists, you can use donor life cycle as filters. They are stored as tags. Go to the filters and under Constituent basics choose Tags.
