Sometimes our gift officers are writing long notes/contact reports and either because they walk away from their desk/on mobile or accidentally click out of a record, the note is lost. An auto-save feature like Microsoft Office has for docs which periodically saves work in progress would really benefit them.
Or a prompt that you're about to navigate away from an unsaved window. (I thought the NXT timeout put you right back where you were when you sign in again...does it discard anything you were typing?)
