Our development officers often times don't know when a pledge is made by a donor whom they have been working with.  Pledges are entered by our administrative team.  Having them send notification to the appropriate development officer is time consuming and fraught with potential for error and clearly missed notification.

If there was a business rule that would trigger an email notification to the assigned fundraiser when a new pledge was made, that would make things so much easier and efficient!
