Automate prospect profile generation

For those of us in prospect development, it would be fantastic for NXT to have functionality to generate a prospect profile in Word or PDF format so that we can replace what a lot of us have to do - creating templates in Word. Many of us in the profession have previously used Crystal Reports and may not have access to this functionality anymore (or have never had it at all). Mail Merge in database view is a potential way of doing this, but has many limitations. Ideally I'd like to see NXT have similar functionality to how ResearchPoint can generate a prospect profile - being able to select which areas you would like to produce in the report, having a prospect picture export from the database, and so on.

    Hi All, Our org. just converted to NXT...I could have sworn we asked the sales rep. if this type of report was available in NXT and we got a yes.....

    I would love for this to be an option; we want our fundraisers to have as many options for self-service as possible and at the moment, having to use RE exports with mailmerge to produce a shareable profile creates a bottle neck and overreliance on one member of staff (me!) to create them.

    Thanks Rachael for spearheading this initiative. I was using ResearchPoint before we initiated our use of NXT. I told an officer that they would be able to access a profile report through NXT because I assumed it would be available since it was in RP. Oh well....Thanks again.
