All Actions searchable

The feature allowing you to search the text of a constituent's actions is extremely helpful when looking for certain buzzwords. It would be even better if you could search that word on all constituents. For example, I want to search for all records that have a mention of "diabetes" in their actions, and see which constituents come up.

    This was a function we had with Salesforce and, as Ryan the suggester mentions, it's really useful for a number of purposes (though the one given is a great example). I've often found myself recalling that I discussed "XYZ" with a donor but then months later, can't remember which specific donor it was. So to be able to go back and search my Actions for "XYZ" is very useful.
