Add our internal rating(s) as column display

Add our internal rating(s) as column display choices in Work Center portfolio

In the work center Portfolio view, our MGOs can't see our capacity rating. Would be great if we could have that be a choice as a column to display., as many times we want to look at portfolios sorted by our capacity rating.
