Staff need to follow up with invitees to events if they haven't RSVPed. In the current Participant or Invitee view, you can not sort by a Fundraiser column. That should be added so staff can look at who hasn't yet registered and follow up with them.  Seeing the Fundraiser will ensure staff don't duplicate efforts. It requires a simple column add in options to view.
