Analyze area: use the same data filter choices as in lists/other areas of NXT
First, loving the new Analyze area! So much potential. Thanks. When I want to use the date filter, it would be great if they were the same as in other areas of the product. Instead, in Analyze, it's a new system of "since last" # of days, or a customized date range. Would at least be good to see Current or Last FY as an option, as in List filtering. Thanks!

I also think it would be great to have additional date filters. I know if I wanted to do this fiscal year I could put the beginning and end dates in the range field but if I wanted to do last month I would have to recreate the report each month with last month's date range. If there were options similar to the database view where you can select this, last, etc. along with an option for date range so that you could have more flexibility in what periods you wanted to see.
I too have had my "saved" dates shift each day. The most obvious use for this section is to see how we're doing against our fiscal year goals, so to be able to lock in our fiscal year dates is essential, especially if we want to use the email publishing feature to automatically have this dashboard emailed to our leadership.

I would really like to see both consistency and date filter functionality that centers on FY and month rather that number of days as this idea suggests. The current filter just does not make sense to me. Current/Last FY, month, etc... is what I would expect and what would be most helpful.
I was especially frustrated when I saved a view and to my surprise the dates that I "saved" we're changed when I went in to the report a few days later. All I was looking for was the current FY, but I have no way to get to this quickly or lock it in.
This would be great. Also an all gifts filter should be there for when there are allot of other filters (campaign, fund etc.. but you want to include every gift with the other filters and might not know the exact date ranges.)
