So, I have a question. In the database view (which I rarely use) under the BIO 1 tab then the BUSINESS button there is an email associated with my constituent where the contact information is listed on the bottom left of the window. It also shows up in ResearchPoint on the left with biographical information after I search the same constituent. BUT it does not populate in NXT anywhere I can find. What’s up with that?

It does show up in the relationships panel, but not in their bio on the top on the screen where I have looked 100 times out of 100 until today. Is there a way to pull that email from the business tab on the database view and link it to the CONTACT INFORMATION on NXT?
