When you are marking an Action as completed, there is a section that pops up asking "How Did It Go?" with the thumbs down or thumbs up option to chose. Currently, the Thumbs Down option is listed first on the left. This is different than just about every online forum I've ever used, so I have repeatedly almost marked an action as going poorly just out of the habit of assuming the Thumbs Up option would be listed first. I think it would be helpful to avoid accidental mis-assignments in the system if the order of the thumb emoji ratings was changed to be in line with other sites.
