I actually saw something similar on the idea board but it was from almost 2 years ago so I thought it would be good to suggest again.

It would be great if we could select whether to create a new action or append a previous action when we use the outlook plugin.  I'm assuming that it's rare for someone to have a single email conversation (which implies at least 2, right?).  I don't want to have to create a new action for each email back and forth.  I would rather be able to take the responses as they come in and attach that information to the initial action.
