Search all types of lists from "open folder"

Currently, when you're in the lists section of NXT and you click to open a saved list, you can only open lists of that type of list (gifts, actions, proposals). You should allow people to search all types of lists. It can be hard for users to remember if they are trying to open a proposal list or a gifts list, etc.

    Same as RE:7 Reports...first you have to determine what type of report it is before you have any hope of finding it.  And when, as has happened to me, someone else says, "oh there's an RE Report for that, just go run that again" and you have to scroll thru every report in the database, in every category, before discovering that the report name is not what you were told it was, not even close, this becomes very inefficient.
