RE7 Admin - Globally Add Records

When will the Admin functionality be available in NXT?

I noticed when I globally added an action to a group of constituents the only thing that is recorded in Notes & Action in NXT is

8/1/2019 Completed 8/1/2019

but no details of that said action.

This seems to be a system issue, no? What is the point of recording the action and not list the details?
