Add Send Reminer Checkbox for Pledges

When viewing pledges, it would be helpful to be able to see if the send pledge reminder checkbox is checked. If they are paying by credit card, or some other methods, they do not receive reminders. Being able to view that in NXT would be very helpful.

    Need to have this field when entering a pledge in web view. At times we do not want a reminder sent and need to uncheck it if it's defaulting to checked.

    Please bring ALL functions / fields from db view. Having enter ideas and vote is not efficient use of customers time.
