Feature certain attributes at the top of constituent profile

It would be great if we could choose an attribute or two that could be featured at the top of a constituent profile up by the constituent codes. Some of our attributes are really essential to the work we do, often moreso that the constituent code. It would be nice to feature them more prominently. As it is now, they end up almost entirely buried in the custom field section.

    I'd love to be able to customize the entire Header section of Records...with whatever fields we want to appear there.  But I think the cloud-based technology means a loss of this sort of customization (available in RE:7).  =(
