Ability to Add a Custom Field when editing an action in NXT Merged

We use custom fields to track qualifying visits and other stewardship types. If a fundraiser forgets or gets distracted, they cannot go back and edit the action to add or modify the custom field. This ability exists in RE7, I cannot understand what the logic is for disallowing it in NXT.

    Please add this simple functionality. Please make it so I stop having to go back to 7 to fix things.
