It would be nice to open unfinished actions in the Outlook plugin. I often assign actions for the future or for other teammates. Then once they complete the action and add from outlook, there is a duplicate. It would be great to see all unfinished actions once the constituent is chosen in the outlook plugin and be able to add notes or mark it complete from there.
