This is an overall system design suggestion, not only for the Education box.  The main UI is currently divided into 2 columns (except for the very top where the constituent name is located).  Being able to control if a field box in either of the two main UI columns could span the entire width (ie. both columns) would help in the areas where there are multiple fields to view (eg. Education).  Instead of having to scroll in the half size, more fields would be visible across the width (both columns) of the main UI screen.  This would be akin to Tetris with two 2-square blocks above 1 four-square block.
