Filter by Action Attributes in NXT reporting

So we can drill down into Actions could the Action Attributes be added into the NXT reporting system? We'll then be able to view and filter information stored in Attributes. This will be especially useful when we want to report on the different types of Complaints we have received.

    We, too, have an action attribute that we need to filter by in Action lists.
