Emailing without adding recipients as constituients.

We would like to be able to contact perspective donors without adding them as constituents. We would like our database to only be made up of actual donors. This would give us an opportunity to increase our actual donors and keep the database clean and clear of nongivers.

Ditto: We have several retired employees who have never donated and we would like to email them about our fundraisers, but we don't want to build a record until they have contributed.
