As you may know that there is a nice feature in the database view from where we can use the remotely hosted outlook by Blackbaud to send reports, exports ….etc.

The steps are:

Tools -> mail configuration -> then I enter my email.

Then Tools -> Microsoft outlook

I suggesting that if there is a away to sync Google Suit address book (or any other mailing software address book) with the remotely hosted Blackbaud outlook, this will ease using such a great tool, as currently the users has to insert the needed recipient address, but if it is synced with our address book it will be way easier, more efficient & more time saving.
