Automatically Add Action or Sent Appeal to Record from Email Marketing Solicitation
When sending an Email Marketing Campaign, allow the system the choice to automatically add either an Action or add an Assigned Appeal to the group of constituents who were sent the email marketing campaign.
I was strongly encouraged to used the web base RENXT to send out our monthly email. I was told that it was more user friendly and less restrictive in its design function. What was left out of the conversation is that the RENXT email doesn't record an appeal on a constituent record. So now I have no idea which individuals opened the emails or clicked on info, which bounced or opted out! This is an important function and now I need to go back to OLE after recreating lists and emails to send out in RENXT. The appeal record needs to be added to the RENXT email function or all data is lost.
