Create a new Consituent or update details from Outlook Contact Card in NXT plugin

I use a card scanning app that is intergrated with Outlook. By allowing new consituents or consituents to be created/updated directly from a outlook contact card would reduce the time of manually inputing this data of having to request a data upload.
