Allow Reporting on Custom Fields (Attributes) in NXT without needing for Insight Designer

All available fields, including custom fields, should be available in Reporting, without needing an extra, paid, feature. Currently SKY Reporting does not include custom fields.

Is this coming soon since tables are being moved to the NXT?

Insight Designer doesn't give you the ability to report on gift, constitute or other Custom Attributes as we know them in the database view. Anyalze reporting & Report use the term Attribute differently. So, we all need to vote for BB to include Custom fields aka Attributes to all Insights whether you have Insight Designer or not.

This seems foundational for many reports - not sure why it isn't already included as an option.

Yes! We need our gift and fund attributes available in RE NXT Web View  reporting.

I have to agree. If blackbaud customers have to seek out alternative reporting solutions, outside the contract with blackbaud and at additional cost, what is preventing customers from moving to a completely different product?

I believe that insight designer should be available at no additional cost.  Accurate and flexible reporting is a key feature of any successful software.  I understand that the idea is about custom fields, but I wanted to add my $$ worth.

For this idea, I wanted to clarify that Custom Fields from NXT are not available in the Insight Designer. I'll update this idea to clarify what is being requested.

I totally agree. Those fields are available in reporting on the db side and should be available as part of what we already pay for on the NXT side. Having that flexibility in reporting is what makes RE valuable and sets it apart from many other products.
