Consent functionality may not be in use at an organisation (such as ours) - we are using solicit codes instead as we are not relying on consent as a legal basis for data processing.  It is confusing to users to see two possible places for this information to be presented so it would be useful if the security settings would allow hiding the section as well as just preventing data entry.
