Have Customer Support team to ADD votes and recommendations on the idea board instead of having the client.

Every time there is a "no" answer to a functionality question, we receive the instruction to go to the idea board an add it.  It would be more effective if the Support staff could add a vote to a functionality on behalf of the client. It would be a better reflection of needs for the software and help ensure the right areas get focus. Having us fill it out when there are multiple "like" ideas already and voting doesn't seem to do much, it feels like a huge waste of everyone's time. PLUS as frequently as I'm told to go out and add an "idea", I have only done it one time.
