Including a column option in Actions to show that there is an attachment

When doing an action list at this stage there are no filters or column options to show if there are attachments on the action. These can only be viewed by checking the action inside the constituent record.

    A little paperclip icon or something to indicate there is an attachment saved on the Action would be very useful, otherwise you don't realise there's more to go and look at. Ideally this would show in the main Actions tile as well as in the Actions List area. If the paperclip was clickable to go straight to opening the attachment, that would be even better.
