The prebuilt insights properly exclude planned gifts that have realized revenue, so that the revenue is counted and the gifts are double-counted. However, when building custom insights, these amounts are double-counted unless the gift is ALSO marked as realized. Therefore, charitable gift annuities and charitable trusts with a donor who is not yet deceased are being double counted by custom insights for NXT reporting. This is resulting in significantly inflated and incorrect numbers.
