Allow option to apply list filter to manually added records

I was really excited to see that it is now possible to filter lists by individual/organization. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when records are added to the list manually. This is a huge glitch that really limits the utility of this new feature. Please can you address this asap.

    Also, you can't remove the individual/organization filter in map view. I mean, you can press the button, but it doesn't change anything on the map. These really feel like glitches that should have been identified and addressed before this functionality was rolled out.
