If you add a new address when processing address updates that have come as part of an event booking, donation etc in OLX and BBNC, at present this retains the region from the previous address. Worse still, if the new address has blank lines, eg county, the old county will appear in the new address. Thus you can have an address of 1 High Street, London, Yorkshire, SW15 2AB. The only way I have found to avoid this is to open every new address when the source is online. Please fix this Blackbaud! We all work so hard to get clean data.
