Allow multiple email addresses from single email to be saved as an action

I often send emails to a list of people, but not a list pulled through RE or NXT. I would like to be able to save that email to each individual's record as an action by being able to select multiple consituents from the RE plugin on my outlook. Right now it will not allow me to do so!

Also allow for the action to be placed in the constituency record for each indivdual with one click.
