Exports should include the primary ed year in two

Exports should include the primary ed year in two digit form as it is customary to print with the alum's name in that style. I CAN'T use an NXT export for a mialing at all!!! Please update.

I want to use the exports in NXT for mailings but can't do so if the names are "Jane Doe 2009" It must say "Jane Doe '09"
